Offering a bonus is entirely at ibet’s sole discretion.
Each bonus is valid for a specific promotional period and must be used within the specified time. If not used, it will expire.
All bonuses from ibet can only be claimed once per person/account, family, household, address, email address, credit card number, device, IP address and in environments where computers are shared (university, student union, school, library, workplace, etc.).
ibet bonuses are given exclusively to account holders who play for pleasure and are therefore only available to these individuals. Professional players are not entitled to ibet bonuses. ibet bonuses cannot be combined with other starting offers. ibet’s decision in this matter is final and cannot be negotiated.
To qualify for an ibet bonus, all personal information must be current and accurate. ibet reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings paid to accounts with incorrect information.
ibet may at any time review all logs and gaming transactions and/or monitor your use of bonuses or free spins. ibet may disqualify you from free spins, bonuses or other promotions and/or confiscate deposits and/or winnings and/or close your account.
If a promotion requires a qualifying deposit, it must be made in one (1) transaction; multiple smaller deposits do not count.
ibet bonus is credited to your account. Bonuses can only be used for betting and cannot be transferred or paid out until the withdrawal conditions are met.
If a bet is refunded due to a cancelled/invalid bet item, it will not count towards wagering requirements or bonus terms.
If two or more bets are placed on different outcomes in the same event, only the stake on the coupon counts towards the minimum wagering requirement.
A bonus can only be cancelled/cancelled when there are no open bets.

Bonus abuse is considered to exist (and violate the terms and conditions) when, among other things:

the same person claims the bonus multiple times, or from the same IP address or the same terminal;
bets are placed that guarantee bonus winnings regardless of the outcome (so-called “ safe bets”);
there is suspicion of organized exploitation of bonuses.
ibet may target specific bonuses to certain customers/groups and may also exclude individual players from future bonuses/promotions. Such exclusion may be lifted at ibet’s discretion.
Bonuses will not be credited if you have self-excluded or been suspended from the gaming service.
The Cashout feature is excluded for bets placed with bonus funds.
In case of suspected violation of the terms and conditions or games that guarantee winnings based on deposit bonuses, free bets, improved odds or other offers – regardless of the outcome – ibet may demand a refund of the bonus, correct/cancel bets, refuse withdrawals and close accounts.
The bonus amount must be wagered at least six (6) times on sports betting at ibet before a withdrawal can be requested, unless otherwise stated in the offer-specific bonus terms and conditions.
Only bonus money may be used to meet the wagering requirement. If you place a bet that meets the minimum odds, the bet will always come first from the available bonus money. An overview of bonus funds can be found under “My Account”.
Bets placed with bonus funds only count once they are settled. System bets do not contribute to the wagering requirements.

Please note: If you use the bonus for long-term bets that are settled after the bonus has expired, the bonus will expire in the meantime. Even if the bet later wins, the bonus winnings will be €0.
Example: You have a €50 bonus valid until the end of September and bet on the season winner in May – the bonus will expire and bonus winnings = €0.

Maximum bet with bonus funds per game/round is 30% of the original bonus amount.
Bets on multiple selections within the same market or equivalent markets (e.g. Double Chance and ( Asian ) Handicap +1/-1) do not qualify for bonuses and do not count towards wagering. In such bets, ibet may close the affected accounts and confiscate funds.
Non- withdrawable funds at ibet are funds tied to a deposit bonus. Ex.: at 100% up to €50, your €50 deposit becomes “non- withdrawable ” until the bonus has been wagered or cancelled, at which point the funds become immediately withdrawable .
ibet may change or revoke the nature and duration of the promotion at any time.
ibet’s general terms and conditions apply.
In case of dispute, the English version of all bonus terms shall prevail.

Deposit bonus

Unless otherwise stated in specific terms and conditions, the minimum deposit to receive the deposit bonus is €10.
The deposit bonus is only valid during the specified promotional period and only for the account that received the email, account notification, SMS or push.
Exact terms (period, percentage and maximum bonus) are communicated via personal email, account notice, SMS or push.
Bonus + deposit must be wagered at least six (6) times on sports betting at ibet before withdrawal. System bets do not count.
The minimum odds per single or combination coupon are 1.50 to count, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
Withdrawal conditions must be met within 20 days of receiving the bonus, otherwise ibet may remove the bonus and any resulting winnings.
The following deposit methods do not qualify: Neteller , Skrill .

Free Bet

The Free Bet value may be limited to a specific event or market.
To use Free Bet, you must activate the box/selection ” Freebet ” on the bet slip.
Applies to single and combination bets; system bets are excluded. Maximum amount 500.00. No minimum odds required unless otherwise stated in the offer.
Applies only to the customer account that received the email, account notice, SMS or push.
Free Bets must be used within the time period specified in the offer. If no time period is specified, the validity is 5 days from issue. Unused Free Bets will be void.
The Free Bet must be used in its entirety on one (1) game. In the event of a win, the winnings will be credited excluding the Free Bet stake.
Example: Free Bet €10 at odds of 2.0 → credit €10 (€20 profit – €10 Free Bet).
Winnings from Free Bet are credited and can be used for new bets.
If you win, the amount (excl. Free Bet value) must be wagered at least once on any odds before withdrawal.
Free Bet is not automatically refunded if an event is cancelled.
Cashout is not available for Free Bet games.
Free Bet cannot be used on an event where you have already bet on a different outcome.

Risk-free games

May be limited to a specific event or market.
Activated manually on the coupon before placing the bet.
Applies to single and combination bets; system bets are not included.
Can be used on one (1) coupon. If you play with a lower bet than the value, the remainder will be forfeited.
If you win, you get your stake + winnings. Example: €10 risk-free at odds of 2.0 → €20 credit. If you lose, €10 is refunded.
Refunded amount must be wagered at least once before withdrawal.
Not automatically refunded if event is cancelled.
Applies only to the account that received the message.
Cannot be used on events where you have already bet on a different outcome.
If no period is specified, the validity is 5 days from issue.

Casino Bonus Terms

Own deposited money is always used before bonus money. Only games played with bonus money count towards wagering requirements. Winnings from bonus money remain bonus money until the requirements are met.
If you cancel the Bonus/ Free Spins, you will lose both the bonus/ free spins and all winnings generated from them.
Winnings from free bonus (no deposit) or free spins (no deposit) may not exceed €100. Any excess will be considered void.
- Max winnings in other currencies: NOK 1000; EUR 100; CAD 100.
If the wagering requirements are not met within the deadline, the bonus and bonus winnings will be forfeited.
ibet may change, pause or cancel promotions without notice and adjust these rules.

Deposit/ reload bonuses

Reload /deposit bonuses may be offered from time to time. Upon qualifying deposit, your deposit will be matched by a certain percentage up to a specified cap as per the offer.
