Introduction

Basic provisions
The Rules constitute a binding agreement between us and you. By clicking to accept the Rules when creating your account and/or using the Website and/or accepting any Bonus or winnings, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Rules including any changes. Definitions
The following terms are used throughout the Rules:
“Bonus” includes all promotional offers that provide a tangible reward, including but not limited to: welcome offers, reload bonuses , deposit bonuses, free/bonus spins, free bets and risk-free bets.

Who can play?

How you can play

Pay
When you want to play, you deposit money into your account by:
- click on “Deposit” on the Website;
- choose a bonus if one is offered and you want to use it;
- choose your payment method;
- fill in the information required for the selected method;

Age
We reserve the right to request proof of age and verify the accuracy of the information you have provided. If you are under 18 years of age, we will take necessary measures to prevent further use of the Website, including refunding deposits and cancelling winnings and/or bonuses.
Other verifications
As a gaming operator, we are required by law to ensure that you are who you say you are and that the funds you play with are yours and legally acquired. We may therefore conduct third-party searches on your name, compare the personal information provided against other databases and request the information and documents we need to validate your account and the funds used. Failure to provide requested information (or providing incorrect information) may result in your account being restricted or closed and/or you being reported to the relevant authorities (including law enforcement agencies) without further notice.

Cancellation
We do not accept cancellations of games/stakes except in exceptional circumstances. Such cancellations are made only at our sole discretion.
Refunds are not made, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
General rules for you
- You must register and play only on your own behalf, not on behalf of anyone else.
- You must keep your login details (name, email, password, etc.) secret and not share them. If you share them, even unintentionally, you are responsible for misuse of your account. We are not responsible for money or information lost due to unauthorized use due to incorrect handling of your details. You are responsible for keeping the details and devices connected to your account secure. You can see the last login/logout in Your account. If you suspect that your details have been disclosed, you must immediately notify us for a new password. Unless our negligence caused it, unauthorized use is your responsibility and is considered your own.
- Keep registration and account information up to date.
- If you discover any errors in your information, you must notify us immediately or update the information.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your activity on the Website is legal in the country/territory from which you are playing.
- Only one account is permitted per person on the Site. If you have more than one, you must notify us immediately.
- Only one account per household is allowed. If you have more than one in your household, please let us know.
- You can play any game if you have funds in your account.
- You may not transfer or receive funds between accounts and may not assign, sell or buy accounts.
- You agree that we may verify your identity and that you provide requested documents, such as a copy of your passport, bills, bank statements or other information about the origin of the funds.
- You may not exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities. We have the right to cancel and reclaim any winnings incurred in such a manner.
- You may not engage in any fraudulent, collusive, match-fixing or other illegal activity in connection with your (or any third party’s) use of the Website. You may not use any software, technology or hardware that gives you an unfair advantage.
- You agree that we may share your information with other parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy in order to operate our business and deliver the Website.
- You certify that all deposits/withdrawals to your account are made to/from accounts, cards or other payment options in your name and that you are not depositing funds that originate from criminal, fraudulent or other unlawful activities.
What we can do
- We may refuse to open an account for any reason.
- We may close or suspend your account in the event of a breach or suspected breach of this Agreement or for other acceptable reason. Upon closure, available balances will be paid out within a reasonable time and no later than 5 business days, unless there is reason to withhold the funds.
- If we discover incorrect information during registration, we may close the account and retain applicable funds. If ID verification is failed, the account will be closed and winnings will be withheld.
- If you attempt to open more accounts, we will block/close them and may also close your first account. If the first account is left open, any deposits from other accounts will be transferred to it, and we will charge an administration fee of 10% (minimum 30 EUR or equivalent) per additional account. Additional fees may apply as per the Rules.
- If more than one account exists in a household, we will block/close the accounts in that household.
- We may share personal and payment information in accordance with the Privacy Policy for necessary checks.
- We do not provide credit beyond bonuses/promotions as required by law. Account balances do not earn interest and we are not a financial institution. Winnings from “no wagering ” bonuses credited to the account are capped at a maximum of twenty (20) times the bonus amount; excess winnings are forfeited.
- If you use the Website for any purpose other than entertainment, we will adjust your account and remove any improper winnings; your account may be permanently closed.
- We may deny, terminate or limit interventions according to internal guidelines and rules.
- We may fully or partially void bets (and/or close the account) if we consider that, for example:
- you or a close relative directly/indirectly influenced the outcome;
- you or a close relative have insider knowledge;
- you or a close relative engage in arbitrage/ matched betting;
- you or a close relative disregards the Rules;
- the outcome was influenced by criminal activity;
- significant change in odds has occurred (e.g. after publication);
- bets have been offered/placed/accepted that we would not have approved due to technical error, mistake/typo or events beyond our control.
- We may close your account, cancel and/or refund winnings in the “Available Balance” (after any withdrawal fees), withhold winnings and/or charge compensation in accordance with the rules and damages, without giving any reason or prior notice. Agreements valid at the time of closure will be fulfilled.
- If we suspect illegal/fraudulent activity, debt problems or anything else that harms the Website, we may freeze/close the account and cancel bets.
- We offer fair and transparent progressive jackpots for gaming for entertainment purposes. In the event of suspected abuse, we may suspend access to the game/promotion and close the account immediately. In the event of such closure, we will not compensate for losses or refund balances. “Abuse” includes, but is not limited to, software-assisted mass gambling , playing only “value” jackpots, etc. In case of proven abuse, all winnings and remaining balance will be forfeited.
- All transactions are monitored/reviewed according to applicable AML regulations.
Payment rules
Deposits
Payment methods are available under “My Account” and “Deposit”. Available methods, average processing times and fees are subject to change. Some methods are not available in all countries.
When you select a payment method, you agree to the method’s terms and conditions, applicable fees on deposits/withdrawals, and that the method is valid and in your name.
It is illegal to deposit money that was acquired illegally.
We accept payments in EUR or other currencies offered in the drop-down list. You select an account currency based on the country you are playing from. Payments in other currencies are converted to the account currency at the exchange rate we select; any exchange fees are paid by you.
When paying by card, we may request a certified copy of the card (front/back). Only the first six and last four digits should be visible and the CVV/CVV2 should be hidden. The card must be in your name.
We do not accept cash directly or through payment partners.
ID verification is triggered when a customer reaches a total of EUR 2,000 in deposits, in one transaction or multiple transactions over 180 rolling days. We may also verify for lower amounts or in connection with withdrawals.
Payments
When the outcome of a Game is determined, or we confirm a result, winnings are made available to Your Account.
If we mistakenly credit your account with winnings that do not belong to you, these will be withdrawn. If you have already withdrawn the amount, you must notify us immediately and refund it; otherwise, we will take legal action.
Socket
You may request withdrawals up to the “Available Balance” within our daily/weekly/monthly limits below. Withdrawals are only requested via the Website.
If you want to withdraw everything, you must first cancel all open games.
Funds in your account may only be used for gambling. If you request a withdrawal without having wagered at least the amount deposited, an administration fee of 10% (minimum 5 EUR or equivalent) will be charged, in accordance with our security procedures. We may refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraud or money laundering.
Before approving a withdrawal, we may request valid ID (e.g. certified copy of passport/ID). We may also perform phone/face verification. We may cancel a withdrawal pending updated ID.
When withdrawing by card, a certified copy of the card may be required (same masking as above). The card must be in your name.
Maximum withdrawal is €10,000 per day, €25,000 per week and €100,000 per month (or equivalent), unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms.
All withdrawals are made via the same method as the deposit, unless we decide otherwise or you are unable to do so. If you have used multiple methods, we may split the withdrawal per method according to AML regulations.
We may ask you to redirect or cancel a withdrawal or use another method in accordance with AML policy/regulations.
Aborted withdrawals (by you or us) will not provide any compensation if you choose to continue playing before the withdrawal is completed.
We charge an administrative fee of 3% (maximum 20 EUR or equivalent) on each withdrawal in excess of two withdrawals per rolling 24-hour period.

Chargebacks
If a chargeback request is made on a card/payment method you used, we may:
- block your account;
- take legal action;
- send a chargeback notice to your registered address;
- use the same payment method as when depositing to handle the chargeback;
- If we are unable to confirm your identity and payment method, we will send you two reminders via email, each with an administrative fee of EUR 50 (or equivalent) to be deducted from account funds not related to the chargeback.
The balance may become negative upon recovery.
Close your account
You can close Your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected].
At closing:
- First, cancel all open games.
- Contact support and explicitly request closure.
- We will promptly transfer all funds (minus withdrawal fees) to a bank account/card/other available method in your name (not cash), in accordance with applicable law.
- To recover funds from a closed/blocked/excluded account, contact support.

Inactive accounts
An account is inactive if there has been no access/login for 12 consecutive months.
When the account becomes inactive, we charge an administration fee of EUR 5 per month until the real balance is zero, if you do not log in or withdraw funds. If you log in after the fee has started, we will stop future fees. You can request a full refund of already charged fees via support. The inactivity period starts over from the last login. We may close inactive accounts with a zero balance.
Bonuses
- One Bonus is limited to one per person, family, household, address, email, credit card, bank account, phone number, device and/or IP address.
- “Welcome” bonuses only apply to new customers who have never had an account with us, never received a welcome offer and who are explicitly offered a welcome offer upon registration.
- Some bonuses must be activated manually in Your account. Unless otherwise stated, you can do so after logging in and making a deposit. Bonuses can only be activated when you have real money in your account. If you play through part of the deposit before claiming the bonus, the lost funds cannot be counted towards activating the bonus.
Rest of the World customers
The bonus amount is placed in a Bonus Balance separate from the Cash Balance. When you claim a bonus, your real money, the bonus and any winnings from it will remain bonus money, with restrictions and not withdrawable or playable on other products until the wagering requirements have been met. The balance will only be available again once the wagering requirements have been met and the bonus balance has been transferred to the Cash Balance.
All Bonuses have wagering requirements that must be completed within a specified time before potential winnings/bonuses can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is stated in the specific bonus terms (multiple of the bonus amount or bonus+deposit and time limit). Failure to meet the requirement or forfeiture of an active bonus may result in all winnings during the bonus wagering period being forfeited. Attempts to withdraw/cash before the requirement is met may result in the bonus and winnings being forfeited. System bets do not count. Only bets placed and settled during the promotional period count.
Risk-free bets (e.g. red/black at the same time in Roulette or player/banker at the same time in Baccarat) do not count towards the wagering requirements. Collusion with other players will result in game cancellations, account termination and possible forfeiture of deposits.
If a Bonus can provide guaranteed or unreasonably increased chances of winning regardless of the outcome and we have evidence/reasonable suspicion that you (alone or in a group) have exploited this on the ibet group websites, we may withdraw the bonus and all winnings, close the account and withhold funds at our sole discretion.
If you cancel the bonus, you will lose the bonus and all winnings from it. Specific restrictions are stated in the respective promotion.
We may refuse a bonus or modify/cancel it if we believe that:
- the bonus is abused (e.g. systematically taking advantage of offers without risking your own funds);
- technical problems have arisen;
- the bonus cannot be implemented as planned.
Promotions are offered in good faith for entertainment purposes. In the event of suspected abuse, we may remove access, close the account and not compensate for losses or refund balances. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, software and/or multiple accounts for unfair advantage. In the event of abuse, we reserve the right to withhold all winnings and balances.
Actions in case of bonus abuse:
- withdraw/cancel bonuses and bonus winnings;
- blocking of future bonuses;
- close the account.
Examples of abuse (non-exhaustive):
- multiple accounts;
- even/zero margin bets;
- bets above the maximum limit with active bonus: €6 per game round or €0.50 per line (or currency equivalent );
- turnover on excluded games;
- cooperation;
- manipulation, bug exploitation or other intentional cheating;
- masking IP or using VPN.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players; we may limit eligibility to participate.
Maximum withdrawal from winnings earned via bonus or free spins/bonus spins before any deposit has been made is €100 (or equivalent).
Unless otherwise stated, the maximum bet in the Casino is €6 per spin or €0.50 per line (or currency equivalent ). Violation may result in account closure and forfeiture of bonus and winnings. Currency conversion:

Irregular play
We may review your gaming history and monitor bonus usage at any time. Suspected irregular gaming may result in disqualification from free spins/bonuses, withholding of deposits/winnings and/or account closure. Examples: low margin gaming, even bets, risk-free/ hedge gaming, sudden pattern changes to meet wagering requirements, “Double- Up ”/ gamble feature, lowering stakes to less than half after high bets to meet wagering requirements, games that do not count towards wagering requirements, value building with bonuses and later withdrawals via secondary deposits.

Borders
Deposit limit
You can set a maximum limit for deposits. If the limit is exceeded, further deposits will be blocked during the selected time interval.
Increasing/removing the limit will only take effect after 24 hours. Reducing it will take effect immediately.
Session timeout – timeout
You can limit your playing time. A pop-up will remind you of the limit and allow you to log out or continue. Contact support to set this limit.
Limit increases/removals take effect after seven (7) days; decreases take effect immediately.
Activity control
When you play Sports or Games , ibet summarizes your activity in a popup and asks if you want to continue.
Self-exclusion and Game Pause
You can completely exclude yourself from our website via the Self-Exclusion page or by contacting support. For residents outside the UK/Northern Ireland, you specify a period and the account will be automatically reactivated afterwards. Self-exclusion is brand specific; if you want to extend to all brands under our license, you must explicitly ask support. During self-exclusion, you cannot open an account, you will not enter competitions/draws, non-cash prizes/invitations will be withdrawn and you will not receive any marketing.

Cancelled/Aborted Games
We do our best to avoid technical issues but must clarify the following:
- We, our suppliers and licensors are not responsible for any downtime, disruptions, delays or technical/political interruptions in the game. Refunds may be given only at the discretion of management.
- We are not responsible for any damage/loss related to the Website or its content, including:
- delays/interruptions in operation/transmission;
- data loss/corruption;
- communication error;
- improper use of the website/content;
- errors/omissions in content.
- In the event of a system error in the casino, all bets will be void.
- If a game fails due to a system error, we will return the amount bet to your account (or pay you directly if the account is closed). If you had credit at the time of the interruption, its monetary value will be paid out.
- If the game is interrupted after placing a bet due to a telecom/computer error, it will be resumed at the exact status before the interruption. If this is not possible: the game will be terminated and your bet will be refunded.
How to complain
We strive for the best customer experience. If you have a complaint, please contact Customer Service via [email protected]. We aim for a final response within 10 days. If more time is needed, the period can be extended for an additional ten days; you will be informed within the first ten days.
For fast processing, please provide clear identification and relevant details. We will try to resolve the matter promptly.
Disputes Claims for transactions must be made within six months of the date they occurred/should have occurred; otherwise, they will not be considered. After receiving a claim, we will review transactions and notify you of the outcome. Our decision is final.

When you contact us
You may not make statements such as:
- is sexually explicit or grossly offensive;
- uses derogatory language and/or incites hatred;
- is offensive, defamatory, threatening or causes discomfort to our agents.
We record/save all contacts with support.
When you talk to each other
We may offer chat for conversations between players. In chat you may not:
- post sexually explicit or grossly offensive content;
- use derogatory expressions/insults against a group of people;
- incite antisocial behavior or illegal activity;
- harass, threaten or cause discomfort;
- influence other players’ actions through threats/abuse;
- disrupting the dialogue or posting offensive/defamatory posts;
- advertise, promote or refer to other online services (including forums);
- spread false/harmful information about the Website or other affiliated websites;
- Collusion via chat .
Suspicious chats are reported to Malta Gaming Authority . We log and review all chats; the chat is intended for social interaction. Violation may result in the chat being removed or your account being immediately closed; any excess funds will be refunded after deduction of any debts.
We are not responsible for any damage that occurs via the chat. You will compensate us for any damage that occurs due to illegal/inappropriate behavior or violation of the chat rules.
Privacy Policy

Your responsibility to us
You access the Website and participate in the Games at your own risk. The Website and the Games are provided “as is”. Our only representations are set out in these Rules. We do not warrant that:
- software or Website is fit for purpose or error-free;
- Website/Games are available without interruption.
We are not liable for any loss/cost/damage of any kind, direct or indirect, special, consequential or otherwise, in connection with your use of the Website or participation in the Games.
You agree to fully indemnify us, our directors, employees, partners and suppliers for any costs/losses/damages/claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or participation in the Games. If you do not agree to this, you should not use the Website.
Violations, sanctions and termination
If we suspect a violation of the Rules, we may refuse to open, pause or close your account. We may withhold funds (including deposits) and set off claims/damages against your balance.
We may freeze/terminate the account or cancel bets if:
- we suspect illegal/fraudulent activity;
- you have creditor problems or other things that are damaging our business.
Our decision is final.
Anti-money laundering reporting
We comply with Maltese law (Prevention of Money Laundering Act and its regulations). We monitor transactions and report suspicious transactions to the competent authorities in Malta (or other relevant jurisdiction).
If you notice any suspicious activity, please report it immediately to [email protected]. We may suspend, block or close accounts and withhold funds as required by law.
Intellectual property rights
We are the sole owner of the trademark “ ibet ” and the logo “ ibet ”. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
www.ibet.com and its subdomains are our addresses; unauthorized use/linking without written consent is prohibited. We own or license the rights to the technology, software and systems on the Website. You may not use automatic/manual tools to monitor our pages. Unauthorized use/copying may result in legal action.
Divisibility
If any provision is illegal/unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the remaining provisions.
The entire agreement and evidence
The Rules constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Site and supersede all prior communications (electronic, oral, written) except for fraud. Printed versions of the Rules and electronic notices are admissible in evidence.
Transfer
We may assign this agreement. You may not assign it.
Insolvency
Client funds are held in a segregated bank account. Please note that funds are not protected in the event of insolvency; in the event of bankruptcy, your funds may not be refundable.
Applicable law, court and language
The Rules are governed by Maltese law and the parties submit to the Maltese courts.
The Rules are published in several languages; only the English version is legally binding. Other translations are service translations; in the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
General game rules
Special rules apply to certain sports and markets and take precedence over the general ones. In addition, specific rules may apply to certain markets.
Bets can be placed as singles, combination (accumulator) or system bets. Single bets may be prohibited for certain sports/events (see current odds lists, e.g. min. 3 matches).
For clarity, the following designations are used:
- “1” = the first-named team wins. “2” = the second team wins. “X” = a draw.
- “2-way bet”: “1” wins if the first team wins; “2” wins if the second team wins. In the event of a draw, stakes are refunded.
- “Over/Under”: bets on “–” win if the number of events is lower than stated; bets on “+” win if the number is higher.
- “Double chance”: “1X” = first team does not lose; “X2” = second team does not lose; “12” = match does not end in a draw.
- “Match progress”: “1/1” = first team scores the first goal and wins; “1/X” = scores the first goal and the match ends in a draw; “1/2” = scores the first goal but loses.
- “Handicap”: a team starts with a “fictitious lead”. The handicap is added to the final score (e.g. 0:1.5).
- “Remaining part of the match”: events already decided do not count.
The result after regular time (incl. extra time) applies to all sports. Any overtime/penalties do not affect settlement, unless otherwise stated for the market or in the sport’s specific rules.
If the party you bet on does not attend, for whatever reason, but the event is played, the bet is lost. If the entire event is cancelled, the bet is void.
A scorer is the player who scores goals/points for their own team.
“Goal scorer” bets: the player must start the match, otherwise the bet is void. Substitutions made afterwards do not count. Exception: “First goalscorer” is valid even if the player does not start/play the entire match.
In the case of set pieces (corners/free kicks), only the actual situation and the actual time count. For the event that triggers the situation (e.g. free kick), the time of the referee’s signal applies.
“ Dead heat”: Shared win between two or more participants results in split odds.
Long-term play
Long-term bets refer to outcomes in major tournaments (e.g. “Who will win the World Cup?”). Settlement occurs regardless of whether all participants are listed/participating. Bets are lost if the selected participant does not participate or cancels.
Results are determined at the last match/event (local time 24:00) and changes after this do not affect the settlement. Split placements result in split odds.
Live betting
Live bets can be placed after the start. Odds are adjusted continuously. Since real-time data is crucial, live betting odds are displayed on special screens/ Website .
Accepted live bets cannot be cancelled.
In the event of delayed data traffic/TV broadcasts that result in a major change not being taken into account in the odds, ibet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
For each live bet, the current result is stated. If that result is clearly incorrect, the bet is void.
All information from ibet is provided without guarantee (start times, results, statistics, livescores, etc.). We are not responsible for the accuracy of information about, for example, competition type, shortened playing time or playing location; these do not affect the determination of winnings.
It is prohibited to bet on multiple markets of the same event that are dependent on each other in the same combination (e.g. “SS Lazio wins” and “final score 4–1 Lazio”).
In case of doubt, settlement is based on official assessment from the respective association.
Bet placement and Cashout
By placing a bet, the customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions in force at any time.
The minimum stake per bet is EUR 1.00 (deviations may occur). Bets are only accepted if the account has coverage. If bets are accepted for technical reasons without coverage, the bet is considered not placed. If there is partial coverage, ibet can accept bets with a correspondingly lower stake.
The customer must check that the bet details are correct. In some cases, cancellation can be requested online under “My bets” (live bets cannot normally be cancelled). A bet is considered accepted when confirmation is displayed and it is visible under “My bets”. A bet is invalid if the time or necessary personal data is missing due to a transmission error; the stake is refunded.
ibet determines the last time to accept bets. Bets placed after the start are invalid (does not apply to live bets).
Only ibet’s records are decisive for game content (can be shown on request). Adjustments to the game account are only made in the event of obvious errors/typing errors/calculation errors.
Only natural persons acting in their own name and on their own behalf may play. Betting for third parties/consortia is prohibited. Unfair advantages through collusion or other dishonest methods are prohibited; repeated identical bets or unusually high stakes may be voided and accounts closed. Exceptionally, commercial bets may be permitted after prior approval. Bets on sporting events where the customer is involved (player, owner, manager, official) are prohibited and may be cancelled even afterwards. If the customer is aware of the outcome when placing a bet, the bet may be voided. Game history is available under “Account details” and can be filtered/printed.
Cashout
We may at our discretion offer to end a bet before settlement (“ Cashout ”). Available on selected pre-match and live markets via web, iPhone and Android; not always available. Fixed odds only, excluding:
- bets placed with free bet/risk-free play;
- multi-bet unless each leg is Cashout -able;
- system game.
A preset amount ( Cashout price) is offered based on selection/odds/current status. Some games/legs may not have Cashout when the event is already live.
To use Cashout select “Confirm Cashout ”. The request cannot be undone. We may accept or decline the request (e.g. in the event of odds change/market suspension). If the request is declined, a message will be displayed and a new price may be offered; without new confirmation, the original bet will be settled at the original odds.
If Cashout is accepted :
- the original game ends;
- we pay the Cashout price;
- the game is considered settled and no further rights/obligations remain; no further payout/refund will be made;
- The outcome of the event does not create any new rights/obligations.
Cashout is not a new bet but an agreement to end the original bet early. The Cashout price includes your stake and never exceeds the original calculated return. Cashout bets do not entitle you to bonuses/promotions and do not count towards wagering requirements.
In the event of an incorrectly accepted Cashout / incorrect crediting, we may adjust the account (e.g. correct the price or reset the game). If this results in a deficit, we may reclaim the amount.
Cashout at any time without reason/notice and are not liable for losses due to unavailable Cashout . We may void original bets, refuse Cashout or reclaim paid amounts in the event of, for example, collusion/fraud, play after the end of the event or where the Rules otherwise permit.
External/own circumstances may prevent Cashout ; we are not responsible for loss due to unavailability/delay or actions of you/third party. Bets placed when Cashout was not available will not be Cashed out – even if the market later becomes so. Live scores/third party feeds are indicative; we are not responsible for Cashout decisions based on them.
Bet Builder rules
Bet Builder on football is valid for 90 minutes plus extra time, unless extra time/penalties are explicitly stated. Referee decides whether full time has been played.
If an individual part is invalid or the player does not participate, the entire bet is made invalid. In the event of obvious pricing errors , we may void bets.
If a match is abandoned, bets where the outcome is already determined (e.g. half-time result/first goalscorer) will stand; others will be void.
